Product Description
The Victron Smart BMS CL 12-100 Battery Management System has been designed for 12V systems with 12V alternator for the protection and management of lithium iron phosphate LiFePO4 smart batteries. This device is specifically designed to monitor each individual battery cell inside a battery.
In cases of low battery voltage, high battery voltage or high temperature, this solar power equipment for Victron batteries will disconnect the alternator, charge sources or DC loads to protect the battery cell, thereby prolonging the service life of the battery.
With this solar power equipment from Victron Energy, the smart lithium batteries can be safely connected to a wide range of alternator sizes. This is because the device is equipped with a dedicated alternator, which limits the current and provide one-way traffic from the alternator to the battery or batteries.
The Victron Smart BMS CL 12-100 has a remote on/off connector, which turns the device off via a remote switch. It is also equipped with pre-alarm which gives off a warning signal before the management system for solar power batteries disconnects the batteries to the system.
