The Victron Blue Smart IP67 Charger 12/7(1) 230V AU/NZ is a professional battery charger that’s designed to monitor and protect batteries. Blue Smart IP67 Chargers comes with built-in Bluetooth technology and while they are somewhat similar to the IP22 and IP65 chargers, the IP67 series offers enhanced functionality.
The Blue Smart IP67 Charger 12/7(1) 230V AU/NZ, aside from maintaining the health of the battery, can also improve its performance and ensure longer service life. It makes sure that the battery always gets the right amount of power so that each cell is charged. It’s suitable for use in devices in workshops and on motor vehicles including cars, motorcycles, camper vans, boats, etc.
The Blue Smart IP67 Charger 12/7(1) 230V AU/NZ was designed with cast aluminium casing and all electronic components are moulded in resin, which makes this device waterproof, shockproof and has ignition protection. Blue Smart IP67 Chargers will not get damaged with water, oil or dirt. It can also be used in different environments.
The Victron Blue Smart IP67 Charger 12/7(1) 230V AU/NZ sets a new industry standard due to its 92%+ efficiency. This charger produces up to 4 times less heat compared to industry standard and causes lower thermal stress on electronic components. It also features overheating protection as it reduces the output current in case the temperature reaches 60°C; however, the charger will not fail.
The Blue Smart IP67 Charger 12/7(1) 230V AU/NZ reduces power consumption to 0.5 Watts once the battery is fully charged, which is about 5 to 10 times better than the industry standard. Like other chargers in the Blue Smart IP65 series, it is totally silent since it has no cooling fan and other moving parts.
