The Wedge Powering Construction
During the construction of a new residential property, our client required a dependable, off-grid power solution to support their project from start to finish. The WISE Wedge was selected as the ideal temporary power source, delivering reliable energy throughout the build.
The WISE Wedge provided the construction site with a stable and efficient energy supply, ensuring that work could proceed without delays. With a storage capacity of 10 kWh and 1100 watts of solar input, the Wedge maintained consistent power delivery, eliminating the need for grid dependency or the use of conventional generators.
Upon completion of the construction, the WISE Wedge was transitioned into the final energy setup, the WISE Ranger60 system.
Battery Storage
10 kWh via 2 x 5.12 kWh Safebatt Pro Lithium (LiFePO4) batteries.
Solar Input
2 x 550W solar panels managed by a Victron 100/20 MPPT Solar Controller.
Inverter
Victron MultiPlus II 5kVA Inverter Charger to provide 5000 VA of constant power.
System
Victron Smart Shunt and Victron GlobalLink 520 to monitor the system.
